Food is at the center of all good North Carolina traditions, including ACC tailgating, Thanksgiving, weddings, the State Fair, and the NC Ag Tech Professional Forum. Heck, even BBQ is a tradition on its own. So, it’s no surprise that food is a hot topic in a state with deep roots in agriculture. Despite that, why is there a disconnect between our agriculture communities and non-ag related consumers?
Join us on Thursday, April 21 to hear Ray Starling, Mitch Peele, and Carrie Harbinson share recent findings from a North Carolina food and agriculture report that contains public knowledge, concerns, priorities, and more.
