As Operations and Marketing Manager of RTRP, Erin Smith’s primary focus is on daily operations, marketing strategy and support for the counties and event planning. Erin manages RTRP’s administrative efforts by organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures. A large part of this includes handling the organizations’ accounting and yearly operating budget.

Prior to contributing to the success of RTRP, Erin held leadership roles within public relations and marketing agencies in Raleigh, NC. For more than two decades, she has consistently demonstrated her ability to drive strategic initiatives and optimize processes to achieve organizational goals. Erin’s expertise encompasses developing and executing marketing strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and enhancing operational efficiency.
Erin is a native of North Carolina, and a graduate of North Carolina State University. Erin is married is her husband, Chris and the proud mother of four children, three sons and a daughter.
