NewLife Medical Expands in Efland, Orange County

NewLife Medical, a global pharmaceutical supplier and clinical trial material provider has acquired a the 28,079-square-foot flex warehouse space in Efland to significantly expand its capacity. The new space will be upfitted to meet Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, positioning the company for future growth.

With direct access to Interstates 85 and 40, the site offers strong regional connectivity and is well-suited for research, manufacturing and distribution uses. Those factors have reinforced the corner of Efland as an increasingly important hub for industrial and life sciences activity.
